Will my flowers that I have chosen look exactly like the photo?

Here at FDS Flower, we strive to create each individual arrangement as closely as possible to the pictures shown. However the blooms may vary as they are dependant on seasonal availability and freshness.

Is there another way I can order apart from ordering from your website?

What are the payment options available?

We accept any credit card payment via PayPal. You can securely pay by credit cards via PayPal.

How do I change my order after I have paid?

If you wish to amend your order, please email to us by replying to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We will response promptly.

Can I change my order anonymously?

If you want to send your order anonymously, we are more than happy to accommodate your surprise plan. Please indicate in Order Note during checkout andwe will comply accordingly.

For Delivery

Can I request my delivery to be on specific time?

We use a 3rd party delivery service which limits our control on the specific delivery time. However, we are committed to fulfil delivery within the given time range of 9am – 5pm, 5pm – 10pm and 10pm – 12am.

Is there any way I can increase a chance of successful delivery?

We encourage you to provide the most accurate delivery details during checkout, i.e. unit number, floor number, physical description (for hard to locate places), bed/ward number, function name, etc., and please inform us promptly if there is any change.

What will happen if the recipient is not there when you deliver?

We will call the provided contact number before delivery. In the event there is no recipient during the delivery, we will put it in a secure location or leave it with someone relevant (i.e. neighbours, co-workers, receptionist, etc). If all fails, we will bring back the product and will try to arrange for re-delivery (S$20 Fee Applied for same day re-delivery).
